Bhutanese tour guide Kinley Wangchuk has spent time all over the world—born in Geneva, he has lived in Bangladesh, Delhi, New York, and Canberra, where he completed his master's in international development. After a career in public relations and marketing, Kinley received his field guiding and cultural guiding certificates from the Institute of Professional Studies in Thimphu. "As a guide, I get to share the stories I heard as a child, the Buddhist teachings I studied extensively, and the fascinating historical insights I've collected over the years," says Kinley, who aims to offer his guests an authentic connection to Bhutan.
