Sean Boyle

Born in British Columbia and raised in the United Kingdom, Sean spent his twenties traveling the world and working several ski seasons in Whistler. After a successful career as a politics and history teacher in the UK, he returned to Canada in 2008 to pursue his passion for the outdoors. Since then, Sean has guided hiking, canoeing, and bear-viewing adventures throughout Whistler and the Canadian Rockies. His favorite trips are multi-day backpacking expeditions—the more remote, the better! Combining outdoor expertise with a gift for teaching, Sean helps travelers develop a deep appreciation for the natural world. His certifications include ACMG Assistant Hiking Guide, IGA Apprentice Hiking Guide, Wilderness First Responder, Flatwater Canoe Instructor, and CSIA Level 1 Ski Instructor.
