Arctic Light Hotel

Set in the historic building that was once Rovaniemi's city hall after World War II, the family-owned Arctic Light Hotel is an elegant homage to the enchanting arctic realm. A welcoming lobby has plush velvet furniture, and guestrooms combine modern and traditional touches, with backlit headboards resembling a starry sky and chic bathrooms with black marble. All rooms have individually-controlled heating and nice views of the city. The hotel is a World Wildlife Fund partner that is raising awareness about the threat of global warming and the polar bear habitat.
