Hotel Le Chalet

Set at the base of Monte Cinto, the highest peak in Corsica, this mountain lodge was designed with adventure (and comfort) in mind. Rooms are simple and clean, and the restaurant and bar have limited options—we are in the mountains, after all!—but nonetheless highlight the flavors and culture of Corsica. After a day's hike, you can unwind on the terrace, admiring 360-degree views of the mountains.
