Cancellation & Transfer Schedule

Minimum fee: $1,000 per person
120-179 days prior to departure: $3,000 per person
90-119 days prior to departure: 90% of trip cost
30-89 days prior to departure: 95% of trip cost
29 days or less: 100% of trip cost

Kayaking payment & cancellation fee:
If confirmed: $895 due at time of booking
120 days or more prior to departure: 50% of kayaking fee
119 days or less: 100% of kayaking fee

Included

• Group transfer airport/hotel on Day 1 1 overnight with breakfast in Punta Arenas at the Cabo de Hornos Hotel or similar, with a welcome dinner including drinks on Day 1
• Transfers pier/airport on the day of the scheduled return flight from Antarctica, and transfers hotel/airport on last day of the Air-Cruise Program
• One-way flight from Punta Arenas to King George Island Ship cruise along the Antarctic Peninsula and South Georgia as indicated in the itinerary
• All meals
• Wine, beer, juice, and soft drinks served with lunch and dinner
• Coffee, tea, chocolate, cappuccino, water, and snacks on board ship throughout the expedition
• All guided shore excursions Lectures and entertainment on board
